Baffled internet users share snaps of VERY bizarre design fails

frank lampard

Baffled internet users have shared the most hilarious design fails they have encountered in their day-to-day lives.

The photographs, snapped by people around the world, were collated in a Bored Panda gallery after originally being shared on a Reddit thread.

They range from inappropriate to amusing – including a brown-patterned toilet seat which looks like the scene of a messy bathroom incident and a fence randomly secured in the middle of a field.

Another humorous picture shows an unfortunately placed sign which tells customers to ‘eat kids free’.

| Herald-Journal

Spartanburg’s north side has more affordable housing in the works.

The city’s Design Review Board approved the Northside Townhomes Tuesday night, which will be 44 townhouses in seven buildings on the block of Milan, Howard and Raindrop streets. Of the units, 25% will be for rent at an affordable rate.

The townhouses are each three stories with three bedrooms and three and a half bathrooms. Six of the seven buildings have two-car garages for each townhouse and each building has a two-car parking pad per townhouse. Parking will be in the rear of the units along a private alley.

Montgomery Development Group is master leasing 25% of the units to Northside Development Group for $1200 per month — but Northside Development Group CEO Michael Williamson said they haven’t set the official affordable rate yet.

“We do imagine someone with a housing choice voucher being able to

Self-cleaning bathrooms worth $300,000 in Colorado Springs find TikTok fame | Lifestyle

frank lampard

Within weeks of opening, the new self-cleaning public restrooms in Old Colorado City’s Bancroft Park have been flushed with fame.

A short video posted on TikTok showing how the restrooms work — and revealing their $300,000 price tag — has been viewed more than 5 million times.

It’s something to see.

The facility holds three restrooms, including an ADA-compliant option, and each comes with green, red and yellow lights to show availability.

Green means go ahead, but doesn’t mean turning a door knob or anything. Just push a button to open the door, which “slide like something out of ‘Star Wars,’” according to the TikTok video.

Inside, a speaker announces you have 10 minutes to do your thing. That includes using soap, water and a dryer that are all activated with a hand wave. Toilet paper comes out with the touch of a button. While you’re inside, you can see

For The Persistent and Optimistic — Ideal Interior Design For Disabled People

Based on the definition from the CRPD (United Nations Convention on the Rights of Persons with Disabilities), disabled people are individuals with long-term physical, language, hearing, mental, intellectual, or multiple impairments. These impairments may cause various obstacles and hinder these people from fully participating in daily activities in society on an equal basis to their more abled peers.

It was estimated that at least 15 % (over a billion) of our world’s population has at least one form of disability, according to the disability review report from the World Health Organization. In the 1970s, the suggested figure for disabled people was 10 %. This percentage has increased over time due to an ageing human population, technological advances to detect disabilities and the quick spread of chronic diseases.

PWDs (persons with disabilities) need special care
